Konnyaku Jelly Powder (Unflavoured & Unsweetened) - 10 Packets X 10 gms
* * * This is my favourite - Jim Willie Konnyaku Jelly Powder, a product of Singapore. * * The full cooking instructions are at the back of the packet. * * For each packet (10 gm) of Konnyaku Jelly Powder, you will need 950 ml (or 3 + 4/5 cups) of liquid (water, fruit juices, canned fruit syrups). Please adjust the sugar amount according to your preference. For a softer jelly consistency, just add a little more water to suit your liking. If you are using fruit juices to flavour the jelly , it is best to use half the specified amount of water to cook the jelly powder, remove from heat and pour in the other amount of liquid using juices. Add in your favourite cut fresh or canned fruits at the bottom of the mould before pouring in the cooked jelly liquid. * * It takes about 8 minutes to cook the jelly and an hour to chill it in the refrigerator once it is cool from cooking. * * It is so easy to make these jellies that with some adult supervision, children will have a lot of fun pouring the liquid jelly into those cute, colourful moulds.
